1. What’s Covered

If we don’t generate 15 or more enquiries for your business in the first 30 days of running your Driveway Lead Machine™ campaign, we’ll refund your first month’s management fee in full.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

- Allow Driveway Domination full control of the ad account, campaign settings, and landing page.

- Provide accurate business information, service areas, and contact details before launch.

- Approve ad copy and creatives within agreed timelines.

- Respond to all enquiries that come through during the campaign period.

- Must have spent a minimum of £1,000 in Google Ads within the first 30 days of the campaign, using the agreed daily budget recommended by Driveway Domination.

3. What’s Not Covered

The guarantee applies only to the management fee charged by Driveway Domination.

Advertising spend paid directly to Google, Facebook, or any third-party platform is not refundable.

The guarantee covers the number of enquiries generated — it does not guarantee sales, bookings, or revenue.

Driveway Domination reserves the right to disqualify campaigns where the client does not cooperate or causes avoidable delays.

4. Claim Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

Contact Driveway Domination within 5 days of your 30-day campaign period ending.

We’ll review the results together.

If the enquiry threshold wasn’t met, we’ll issue a full refund of your first month’s management fee within 7 business days.

5. Fair Use

This guarantee is designed to protect genuine, cooperative clients.

It may not apply in cases where:

Campaigns are paused early by the client, or

Critical campaign assets (ad account access, approvals, or responses) are withheld or delayed.
